Our Design Process

Our process starts and ends with you. In order to adequately plan a project, we must first understand your goals and dreams. From this understanding we will build a project plan that will map out the specific steps we will take to bring your dreams to life. During our creative process, your input is more than welcome. You’ll be given design comps to approve and, if you’re using our website design service, you will have access to preview the site before it is posted to the internet. The programming department will simultaneously be building the infrastructure of the website and administration tools, and will begin implementing custom development requests. At this point you’ll be given the option to request changes or alternate approaches. You make the final call.

After the creative design approved, your project will be put into the production phase. Pictures, audio, video, text – you name it, we’re doing it. This is when your project starts to take shape. You’ll see how the final product will be produced and have another chance to request changes and approve the final product.

With the production phase complete. Your project moves to the implementation phase. For websites, a hosting account is created and your website is deployed to the internet and made public. Print materials are sent to the print shop to be produced and packaged.
